

IBCPC International Dragon Boat Festival
The Mammoglams are members of the International Breast Cancer Paddlers Commission and have had the pleasure of attending 3 International Festivals - 2014 Sarasota, FL, 2018 Florence Italy, 2023 Lake Karapiro, NZ. We are currently in the planning stages for our fourth international festival in 2026 in Aix-les-Bains, France. Want to find out how out how you too can be part of this exciting event?
​​The IBCPC is an international organization (under the auspices of the International Dragon Boat Federation) whose mandate is to encourage the establishment of breast cancer dragon boat teams, within the framework of participation and inclusiveness. Every 4 years they hold an international BCS Festival with thousands of breast cancer survivors from around the world in attendance. Each festival provides the opportunity for breast cancer survivors to network, attend workshops, paddle and celebrate life!

For the first time since the establishment of IBCPC in 2010, the festival will take place in
Aix-les-Baines, France, August 24-30th , 2026. The festival is a non-competitive participatory event for breast cancer paddler teams who engage in Dragon Boat activities as post breast cancer diagnosis rehabilitation. This event will bring together 4,500 participants from the current 320 IBCPC member teams, from 37 countries all across the globe to participate in a highly emotional experience.

The USDBF is the governing body for the sport of dragon boat in the United States, and a founding member of the International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF)
Southeastern Regional Dragon Boat Association (SRDBA) is the governing organization serving the dragon boat community in the Southeastern region of the United States, and a regional organization of the United States Dragon Boat Federation.
Both the Mammoglams and Jacksonville Dragon Boat Club are members of the International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF) and Southeast Regional Dragon Boat Association (SRDBA) allowing teams to race at the highest levels of competition.
