The Mammoglams are an all breast cancer survivor dragon boat team. Our mission is to share our passion for a healthy lifestyle through the sport of dragon boat racing. Dragon boating promotes physical and emotional well being as well as social connections. We empower one another to embrace life after cancer. Join us at practice and get "bit by the dragon". New USA National Southeast IBCPC Representative
Congratulations to one of our very own team members for being selected to take over for the outgoing National Rep, JoAnn Moore. Cathy Serb will have the honors of filling the role beginning in August. Cathy is an original Mammoglams member with 14 years experience in the dragon boat world competing both on the local scene and internationally. She is sure to represent our region well.
The Network for Collaborative Oncology Development & Advancement, a National non-profit organization recently interviewed our very own Jeri Millard and Pam Reckner. If you ever wondered about the connection between Dragon Boating and Breast Cancer survivorship, listen to this inspiring interview.
